Student accommodation is provided in Tei Hall (116-118 Lacul Tei Boulevard, about 500 beds). This hall also houses the university's medical facilities. Additionally, the new and modern Larisa Hall is under construction.
Besides the main building, UAUIM owns a building on Moxa Street, which is also a listed historical monument. Various scientific and cultural events take place in the Moxa building. Here is located the Secretary for Doctoral studies and most of the Doctoral Studies common activities are held here. The headquarter of the research Centre for Architectural and Urban Studies is also hosted in the Moxa building.
